The Dems challenged Rick Lazio to name five issues on which he disagrees with his JP Morgan, who paid Lazio millions to lobby against financial reform.

The bank's response to the NYS Democratic Party's June 30, 2010 letter fails to address key issues surrounding its former top lobbyist, such as stock options or mortgage incentives, which are crucial to evaluating Lazio's ongoing conflict of interest.

Lazio continues to refuse to disclose the full details of his "unpaid leave" from JP Morgan. The NYS Democratic Committee has now urged the bank to release the minutes of the committee's proceedings concerning the salary, stock options, sweetheart mortgages and other non-salary compensation during his five years as their chief lobbyist.
Charlie King has submitted a formal request to JP Morgan Chase's Chairman of the Compensation Committee for minutes of the proceedings.

"He did not disclose the terms of that [unpaid leave] agreement, such as whether he has access to the corporate jet, continued health coverage or deferred compensation that might be considered a reportable in-kind contribution."
