Is Rick's $1.3M Bailout Bonus Deserved?

Rick Lazio has insisted that he earned the $1.3 million bonus he got from JP Morgan in 2009.  That doesn't square with a new Federal report finding that the big bank's bonuses were excessive and undeserved.

"We know that JP Morgan executives made out like bandits, leaving only one question: does JP Morgan executive Rick Lazio somehow still believe he deserves his $1.3 million bonus?" asked Jay Jacobs, chair of the NYS Democratic Committee.
