"At this point, only Lazio, his accountant, and his Wall Street bosses know what kind of stock options, golden parachute, platinum-plated health benefits, sweetheart mortgages, or other perks he might have gotten as a lobbyist for the banks.  New Yorkers also have a right to know whether their would-be governor exploited tax shelters or personally profited from tax loopholes he helped write as a congressman and bank lobbyist,” Charlie King, Executive Director of the NYS Democratic Committee warned today.
